Binadit B.V. ("Binadit", "we", "us", "our") is responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this Privacy Policy. We are located at Seinhuiswachter 2, 3034 KH Rotterdam, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 80923216.

2. Data We Collect

We process the following categories of personal data:

  • Contact form: name, company name, email address, phone number and message content.
  • Website usage: anonymized usage data through Google Analytics (IP addresses are anonymized before processing).
  • Service delivery: technical and business data necessary to deliver our managed cloud services, including contact persons, technical configurations and service data.
  • Communications: email and telephone correspondence you conduct with us.

3. Purposes and Legal Bases

  • Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): processing necessary to deliver our services.
  • Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): website analytics, service improvement and fraud prevention.
  • Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): compliance with statutory retention requirements.
  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): sending commercial communications.

4. Retention Periods

  • Contact form data: maximum 2 years after last contact.
  • Service data: for the duration of the contract and up to 7 years thereafter (statutory retention).
  • Analytics data (Google Analytics): maximum 14 months.

5. Recipients and Sub-processors

Binadit uses the following sub-processors:

  • Google LLC – website analytics (Google Analytics) and reCAPTCHA.
  • Hetzner Online GmbH – cloud infrastructure and data storage.
  • TransIP B.V. – domain registration and supplementary infrastructure.

We do not transfer personal data to countries outside the EEA unless appropriate safeguards under the GDPR have been put in place.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

  • Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)

We use functional cookies (session management) and analytical cookies (Google Analytics). Analytical cookies are only placed after you give your consent via the cookie banner.

8. Security Measures

Binadit implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including TLS encryption, access controls and regular security audits.

Binadit reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date.
